iPad Troubleshooting at Home

If your iPad doesn't work on your home wi-fi you have a problem connecting to the VPN.  Please try the following steps:

1.  Open the app called Global Protect.  

2.  Agree to conditions.

3.  Click connect.  

 

If you cannot find "Global Protect" download it from the App Catalog.  If you do not have the app catalog please ask your child's teacher to create a trouble ticket.  

 

If you have done all these steps and it's still not working please try the following.  

1.  Verify that you see the letters VPN next to the wi-fi icon in the top right.  

2.  Turn off wi-fi, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on.

3.  Forget the wi-fi network and then reconnect to the network.

4.  Restart the iPad.

5.  Call tech support 213-443-1300 between the hours of 7:30am-5:00pm
