HOUSEHOLD INCOME FORM

Thank you to the 300 families who have already completed the Household Income Form https://hif.lausd.net/.  We need 150 more families to fill out the confidential form, not to decline to participate, or Melrose will lose approximately 1 million dollars in school funding over the next four years.  

 

TECHNOLOGY

Students will grades 1-5 will soon receive an iPad.  Once students begin taking devices home please be sure they come to school fully charged each day. There will be required digital citzenship curriculum to complete with your child at home on your own time.  

 

DRESS CODE

There is no dress code except students must wear close toed shoes (no sandals, flip flops, etc.).  In addition, students are encouraged to wear their Melrose shirts on Fridays for spirit day.  

 

VOLUNTEER

We need immediate volunteers for our valet program on Formosa to be able to open it back up.  E-mail  [email protected] if interested.  

Other volunteers are needed throughout the year.  Please sign-up at volunteerapp.lausd.net if you are interested in being a volunteer.  A TB test and COVID vaccine will be needed
